Maxime Masuy, CEO of AGL Bank

 

Maxime Masuy is the new Chief Excecutive Officer of AGL Bank. He was selected in September 2014 for the post after the end of the mandate of his predecessor François Tinant. 

 

Gratuated in Management from the Louvain School of Mangagement (Belgium), with a specialisation in ethics, sustanability and Corporate Social Responsibility, this young and ambitious businessman has brought with him leadership skills and innovative ideas for the future of the bank. Before being CEO of the bank, Maxime was responsible for the developpement of new financial products and services.

 

During his keynote, he will be delighted to share with you his objectives, vision and how he sees the future of AGL Bank. You will also have the opportunity to meet him during those 3 days because he will take part in the conference with you. 

Tracey Markova, Business startegy manager of AGL Bank

 

Tracey Markova is responsible for the European business stratgey at AGL Bank. She joined the management of the bank in 2012 as assistant of the business strategy manager in United Kindgom. She got promoted last year and she is helping the CEO on an regular basis. Highly motivated, she has a strong background in strategy and change management because she studied Management at the London School of Economics.

 

Tracey will present the keynote on Friday, the 25th of September, about the future changes in the company. You will have the opportunity to talk with her in order to know more about your company.

 

 

Jean-Charles Deudon

 

Jean-Charles Deudon is the Senior manager of the marketing departement at the Boston Consulting Group in Zurich (Switzerland).

 

Reputated to present interessant and highly interactive seminars, he will come at the conference to explain you all the specifities of the marketing. Having more than 10 years of experience in the banking and marketing industry, he will also present innvoative and eye-catching ways to attract new customers and retain them. 

Guest speakers

 

During the 3-days conference, you will have to opportunity to listen to guest speakers. They will present interractive workshop sessions that will be designed espcially for you.

Sholto Roosen

 

Professor at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), Sholto Roosen will be delighted to lead the workshop about technology. 

 

Last year, he published a book about the role of technology in the banks and how it facilitates the relations with the cutomers. For this reason, Maxime Masuy asked him to come to present his conclusions and recommendations to improve those relations. 

 

He also creates sepcial applications for sustainable banks in the US and you could try to use some of them to you during the workshop.

 

Alexander Nederlandt

 

Alexander Nederlandt is the Junior manager at the consulting departement of Deloitte International in the Netherlands.

 

He is reputated to give high quality recommendations to his customers in strategy and in Corporate Social Responsibility. Moreover, he often presents interactive seminars all around Europe in order to raise awareness among Corporate Social Responsibility. 

 

During the workshop, he will give you valuable recommendations in order to improve your working life and also to gain a competitive advantage in this area.

Phillipe Halin & Jacques Prémont

 

Phillipe Halin and Jacques Prémont are two belgian psychologists specialised in the coaching and support in order to determine the personality of each person. Therefore, they developped a personality test, that is called the HPEI Enneagramm.

According to them, there exist 9 kinds of personality and by asking the good quesitons, they can determine who you really are.

 

Phillipe Halin and Jacques Prémont will come at the conference in order to present you their model and to realise the test. At the end of the session, you will know which kind of person you are and how is your profile.
