Costs
In order to be transparent with you, we have decided to summarise on this page the total costs for the 3-days conference.
Meeting package per person per day: 65 € (3-days conference)
Room per person per night: 114 € (the attendees will arrive the day before
the conference and will leave the day ________ after – 4 nights at the hotel).
Total per person: 651 €
For the 200 attendees, the total costs will be: 130,200 € for the 3-days conference.
Therefore, AGL Bank will ask participants to pay only 300 euros (price of transport excluded) and will finance the remaining amount.
Total fees for the attendees: 60,000 €
Total fees for the bank: 70,200 €
Remarks:
- Unfortunately, we will not finance your flight to come to Brussels.
- The cost of the social activities is not detailed here, because it will depend on your attendance during them. However, they will be financed by
the bank.
