Since its creation, AGL Bank has a keen interest in the Corporate Social Responsibility. In fact, our customers and you, employees, play an key role in the live of the organisation and AGL Bank really cares about that.
We would like that all the organisations be responsible like we are, because we believe that we could reach greater achievements and success if we all respect people, communities and also our environment. In other words, it means that the companies should include social, economic and environmental concerns in their decision process.

We offer you a fair salary, without discrimination regarding the gender. We have also determined a code of conduct that all our clients and staff have to follow. Moreover, the protection of the environment is a topic that all the organisations should care about. As responsible and sustainable bank, we have decided not to print bank statements anymore, except upon request of our customers. But even in that case, we will print the statements on recycled paper. In addition, when we have to print documents, we also use recycled paper. We try to preserve the environment and to avoid paper waste.
Thanks to your help, we also try to recycle as much as we can and to save energy by switching off the lights when you are not in your office and by shutting down the computers when they are not used. Those processes cannot be done without you.
